Welcome to Connect AI. Your access to and use of our services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Connect AI provides services through its platform, providing users AI-related services.

2. Use of Platform

Connect AI operates as a marketplace, facilitating interactions between users. While we strive for the accuracy and quality of services provided, Connect AI does not bear liability for the expertise or content provided on the platform.

6. Termination

Connect AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for breaches of our Terms of Service without prior notice or liability. Account holders can terminate their accounts by discontinuing use.

Use of our service is at the user's sole risk. Connect AI provides the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Data Protection and Legal Aspects

Connect AI complies with applicable data protection legislation. User-provided information may be stored and analyzed for further development and customized offers. Data processing may occur abroad, adhering to data protection provisions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to Connect AI's services is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law governs these Terms of Service.

Our chatbots, “Agents”, powered by AI and employing large language models (LLMs), provide responses based on the latest technology. Although these agents aim for accuracy, their responses are not legally binding, and Connect AI does not assume liability for potential inaccuracies or incompleteness.

For assured accuracy, we recommend exploring alternative contact options or seeking personalized consultations. Your input matters; you can contribute to enhancing the quality of Agent responses by rating them.

Agents possess knowledge solely related to its training information, products, and services. Any inadequate responses from Agents are not binding and do not represent Connect AI's official standpoint.

Misuse of Agents leading to violations of legal provisions or infringement of third-party rights, including defamation or privacy rights violation, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

Agents are protected by intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, prohibiting reproduction, modification, or distribution without express approval.

During interactions, Agents might record or process specific customer concerns, such as claims or contact details updates. Share personal or contractual information only if requested by Agents; otherwise, it's unnecessary.

Connect AI reserves the right to refuse services if incorrect details are provided. In case of chat errors, promptly contact Connect AI.

Data Protection Information for Connect AI's Agents

Connect AI's agents employ diverse large language models (LLMs) and operate on OpenAI's technology. We collect only essential data required for the bot service.


Although Agents may process personal data like names, addresses, or contact details, we do not systematically collect or store this information. Personal data

entered during self-service options is solely used for the intended purpose.
Personal data won't be shared unless legally mandated or necessary to fulfil contractual obligations.
