The Story

The Longines CSIO St. Gallen, with its rich 100-year history, sought to enhance visitor engagement and support in an innovative way. Partnering with Connect AI, they developed “Galoppi, an AI assistant designed to provide 24/7 support, answer questions instantly, and adapt to the dynamic needs of attendees.

This years event faced severe weather disruptions, leading to frequent schedule changes. Galoppi handled over 4,000 messages, keeping visitors updated on schedule changes, assisting with personalized recommendations, and even managing interactive quizzes and multilingual support.


The Goal

The primary objective was to elevate the visitor experience by providing instant and reliable support at any time, particularly during high-demand periods. Together with variabel Medienvielfalt GmbH, Connect AI developed a solution that not only managed inquiries but also addressed the unique challenges of a dynamic event environment. Galoppis ability to respond in multiple languages and provide tailored support was crucial for the international audience.

The Solution

Galoppis deployment at the Longines CSIO St. Gallen was designed to handle the complexities of event management. Leveraging the latest AI technology, Galoppi managed everything from answering common questions to handling dynamic updates, such as schedule changes. The AIs multilingual capabilities allowed it to seamlessly assist attendees from around the world, creating a smooth and inclusive experience.
